Just a short walk from the town centre, beach and train station, this fabulous hen house with its own party room is perfectly situated for what is sure to be an unforgettable weekend.

Starting with the location, it really couldn't be better. Hen's arriving by train (a good option if you want to avoid a long drive and not be restricted by drinking limits) won't have any trouble carrying or wheeling their bags the five minutes from the station. Craving sea air? The house is so close you'll be able to hear the sea at night and there are five (yes FIVE!) beaches all within a short distance, the closest of which you can actually dance to if you're in a dancing kind of mood ("I carried a watermelon?"). A handy supermarket is tucked around the corner while the town's best bars, clubs and restaurants are all right on your doorstep.

The house is so well situated that everything you need is right there, but you're not actually on the flight path of the crowds as they exit the bars and clubs.

Inside, the house is a veritable Tardis as it just seems even bigger with seven bedrooms to choose from so you won't all feel crammed into tiny rooms. Plus, every one of them has an en-suite so there's no fighting over the bathroom queue. The high ceilings and really tasteful seaside themed décor only add to the sense of space.

If you fancy eating in, there's a great-sized kitchen with all the mod-cons to rustle up a hen-sized treat (or plenty of takeaway menus in the draws), plus a large dining table that will seat all the girls comfortably. Then, when it's time to party, you have your own party room complete with pool table, huge leather sofa to relax on and big TV. There's even a surfboard because, you know, surfing.

Enjoy your morning cuppa in the courtyard garden while breathing in that sea air and then step out the front door to enjoy the best of Newquay. This is a simply amazing party house right in the town centre.
