This large self-catering property is ideally located a 5 minute walk from Brighton Train Station. Perfectly suited for party living, the newly-refurbished house is split over 3 floors with a roof terrace providing views across the city and out to sea; perfect for an early morning cuppa or a glass of bubbly to toast the bride-to-be at the start of a big night out.
Recently refurbished, the fully-equipped kitchen contains a huge oak and steel dining table and everything you could need for the more culinary hens to whip up a hen party banquet. There's an iPod dock so the chefs can enjoy some tunes while cooking. You won't need to draw straws over who's left with the dirty plates with a dishwasher (or who's going to cook if you decide to order your own Private Chef). The property also benefits from WiFi throughout.
Just a 5-minute stroll to the beach and the iconic Palace Pier, the Regency Hideout is perfect for hens that do like to be beside the seaside. You'll also find great bars and clubs along the seafront as well as those all-important fish and chip shops (it would be rude not to!). Plus, for all that pre-wedding retail therapy the famous Laines and Churchill Square shopping centre are right on your doorstep.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 1 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 84 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £300 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.
