Groupia Ltd ("the Company", trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026, with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP appointed as Joint Administrators. The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

ABTOT have arrangements in place and your event is expected to go ahead as planned. Please continue to use the Company's existing VIP booking system to manage your booking.

Your event will unfortunately be cancelled and is subject to a refund claim. How you claim depends on how you paid — follow the step that matches you below.

Paid by credit or debit card?

Claim your refund directly from your card issuer. Download the relevant letter to support your claim:

Use the debit card letter if you paid by credit card but the charge was under £100.

Paid by any other method?

Submit an online claim to Gallagher Bassett, who act for ABTOT. You will need your booking confirmation and proof of payment.

We just need your maximum group size and if people drop out... no worries!

For Example...

  • If you have 14 who are 100% attending and 3 maybes, book for 17
  • If those 3 drop out, no worries
  • Your price will stay the same unless you below the minimum number of people – this will be clearly outlined on your quote
  • For example, your package could be £159 per person based on a minimum of 10 people attending
  • So up to 7 of you could drop out and you wouldn't end up paying more – winner!

How do I know the minimum number needed for the price to stay the same?

The minimum number will be clearly outlined when we send you your free, no-obligation hen party quote.

Simply send us your enquiry and we'll get to work putting together your weekend before we send across the price.

On the quote, your Event Summary will say:

'Price per person won't change unless your group size drops below XX'

Where do I tell you my group size?

Just tell us your maximum group size when you submit your hen party enquiry.

There will be a section on the form to fill in your group size.

Do I need exact numbers if I'm booking a self-catering property?

Unfortunately, for self-catering accommodation, we do need exact numbers to book.

Do I need exact numbers if my hen party is in the next 6 weeks?

Yes. As your event date is really close, we need exact numbers to book your weekend in.
