Located just a 30-minute drive from Oxford and a 10-minute walk from Bicester Village, you'll be perfectly placed to bounce on out and see what both places have to offer (which is lots!).

On arrival, you'll be struck by the massive open-space interior.
Each bedroom boasts a clever and elegant design, leaving you with plenty of space in each room to unpack and unwind.
You'll have three massive bathrooms spread across the floors, so you won't have to queue up and delay getting ready before heading out (bonus perks - all the towels and toiletries are provided!).
You'll also find a flat-screen TV and a cosy sofa (ideal for those morning hangovers), plus ultra-fast-speed WiFi (ideal for uploading those snaps from the night before to Instagram).

With a convenient Co-op and a popular high street buzzing with restaurants close by, you have the option of whipping up a meal in the fully fitted kitchen OR you can head out to eat or grab a takeaway to enjoy in the spacious garden or lounge (we know which one we'd choose!).
It's also an easy 25-minute walk to Bicester North and Bicester Village train stations, which can take you to Oxford in just 16 minutes!

Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £800 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.

No loud noise or music after 22:00. Please be respectful of neighbours and keep activities inside the house after this time (close doors and windows).
