Built in 1824, the cottage retains much of its historic charm while boasting unique, funky interiors designed to make your hen weekend truly memorable. The spacious lounge is perfect for relaxing, complete with two large sofas (one that converts to a double sofa bed, sleeping 2), a flat-screen TV, DVD player and WiFi. After whipping up a delicious hen party feast in the fully fitted kitchen, you can enjoy al fresco dining in the private courtyard garden. And don't worry about the dishes - there's a dishwasher, so no one will be stuck washing up! This garden is also the perfect spot for an early morning cuppa or a cocktail before heading out to explore Brighton's nightlife.

The cottage features three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The conservatory dining room overlooks the rear garden and offers an extendable table with bench seating for up to 12. The high-walled rear patio garden is the perfect place for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in privacy.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 1 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 84 days prior to your stay.

A behavioural bond of £300 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.
