Assault Course in Bournemouth

Forget afternoon tea and cocktail mixing. It's time to get down and dirty with the Bournemouth Assault Course. Ideal for those competitive, thrill-seeking, hens looking to add some adventure into proceedings. Whilst we all want to win (let's face it, we do), this a laugh a minute and guaranteed to go down a storm whether you're victorious or not. C'mon girls, unleash your inner GI Janes and take on the challenge!

On arrival, you and your fellow hens will be split into teams before you're shown the obstacles that need tackling. Then, it's an all-action race against the clock and the opposition as you try to beat the course in the quickest time possible. An exhilarating mix of jumping, climbing, crawling, dodging, running and laughing you'll be tested to the max as you're really put through your paces. A great way to cure any lingering hangovers of the night before and an excellent workout to counteract any of the overindulgences which may have occurred in the last few days. It's fine, don't worry, you're on a hen weekend, after all, calories don't count (allegedly).

Fancy dress is welcome, so long as it's not too extravagant that it's a hazard (if there are no straggly bits which can get caught in moving parts or that impair your vision, you'll be fine). Let's get creative then, ladies!

If you don't fancy dressing up, regular sports gear with trainers or walking boots are the way to go. Be mindful of the weather conditions though, if it's sunny the course can get fairly dusty and if it's rainy prepare yourselves for mud. Overalls will be provided dependent on the weather.
