Atten-shun! If the bride-to-be is a physical girl who loves a challenge, then you have come to the right page! Whether your fighting fit posse of hens are all old friends or some of you are new recruits meeting each other for the first time this is a great way to test yourselves and come together. Tackle the obstacles head-on with plenty of laughs and afterwards why not mix it up with a relaxing Spa Session or well-deserved Cocktail Mixing class.
Adventurous, thrill-seeking hens, will need to go over, under, around and through any obstacles that stand in your way. This physical challenge is also perfect for the health-conscious hen, with a full-body workout increasing endurance, cardio fitness, flexibility, strength and core training. This is real "girl power" with attitude. "...and here you see our summer collection for hen parties. The girls are wearing camouflage pants, war paint and growling at their instructors!"
Situated in the stunning Somerset countryside our tough girl course is designed to test you to the limit - with A-frames, beams, scramble nets, water jumps and walls to give you a complete workout as well as a great time. It's also the perfect antidote for banishing any lingering hangovers, as well as burning off any other excesses from the big night before! Get together and get fit! Come on girls, let's show the boys how it's really done...
