The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
(Shared) Leisure Facilities:
Please note that these facilities are shared with other properties on-site, so each property has been allocated a specific time slot to ensure that all groups are guaranteed exclusive use during their stay. Please respect these timings and keep all communal areas clean to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
The above facilities will be available for your group's exclusive use between the hours of 07:00am - 11:00am every day.
