ASAP. All too often we hear of groups who find their perfect hotel, only to find out that they're fully booked when they come to actually booking their stay. So we'd heartily advise you to choose your hotel, get the bride's approval (or don't if it's a surprise!) and get your booking in. Don't worry if you're not sure on final numbers, we can hold your hotel of choice for a limited amount of time, giving you a chance to find out who's coming and collect any outstanding payments from the girls.
