Groupia Ltd ("the Company", trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026, with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP appointed as Joint Administrators. The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Absolutely not - in fact, booking with GoHen will save you money. Don't take it personally, but hen parties, like stag groups, are often charged premium rates with high deposits. Because we've been working in Riga with the hotels for so long, the hotels tend to trust us and the groups we send them, letting us escape those higher prices. In addition, our long history in Riga means we can often negotiate deals and offers on your behalf that you might not get on your own... and we can pass those savings on to you.
It's not! Booking with GoHen actually makes things a lot simpler. We can take care of absolutely everything, from hotels to nightlife to activities, so you can get everything organised in one fell swoop, rather than having to contact loads of different organisers and suppliers.
We can also make things simpler during the actual booking. Normally, for a large group booking, everyone would have to transfer their money in to one person's account, which would then pay the entire fee in one go. We can arrange things so that each of the ladies can pay what they owe independently, saving you hours of awkwardness chasing down girls for deposits and final totals.
