Cosy Bell Tents with Everything You Need
You'll stay for two nights in stylish bell tents, each fitted with fold-out beds, fresh bedding, heaters, rugs, a mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and an outdoor dining area with your own private BBQ. The site also offers shared toilets and showers, a covered chill-out canopy, an on-site café, mini shop, and a large communal fire pit for late-night catch-ups.
A welcome drink (prosecco or beer) awaits on arrival, and tent allocations will be confirmed once we have your final group size.
Breakfast, BBQ & Lunch Included in the Base Package
Your basic package includes breakfast rolls each morning and a full BBQ pack containing everything you need for a great evening cook-up. You'll have burgers, sausages, chicken, salads, coleslaw, sauces, charcoal, firelighters, utensils, disposable plates and cutlery, and plenty of firewood to keep the evening cosy around the fire pit.
You'll also enjoy either a fresh pizza lunch delivered to your tents or the option to switch to delicious charcuterie-style grazing boards - perfect for a relaxed afternoon feast.

Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £250 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
