We regret to advise you that Groupia Ltd ("the Company") (trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026 with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden, licensed insolvency practitioners from S&W Partners LLP, being appointed as Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators are exploring options for the Company, however the Company has now ceased taking new bookings and arrangements are in place with the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust ("ABTOT") to support customers with existing bookings.
If you have booked a trip with any Groupia Limited brand, please read the following carefully.
If your event is due to commence on or before 31 August 2026, ABTOT have arrangements in place and these events are expected to go ahead as planned. Please continue to use the Company’s existing VIP booking system in respect of these events.

If the bride-to-be is more of a boho festival type of gal, glamping could be the perfect activity for her special weekend, and now you can hire out a fantastic glamping site exclusively for you. Forget about heading to the bright lights of the city and say hello to glistening starlit skies and idyllic rolling countryside for that amazing getaway. Yes, ladies, this unique hen experience is guaranteed to give the bride that memorable send-off she well and truly deserves.
If you're in any doubt, just a gentle reminder, glamping isn't camping. Camping is cramped, cold and uncomfortable. Glamping, however, is elegant, chic and relaxing. It's camping's sophisticated, cooler and classier older sibling and it's 'fabulous!'.
This picturesque site in the heart of the countryside is the perfect spot for a bit of glamping, too. There are six plush tents, each sleeping four, which can be combined to sleep a large group of hens.
Each tent features a variety of double and single beds (yep, it beats a thin roll mat on the floor!), wood burners, a kitchen box featuring a frying pan, saucepan, stock pan, colander as well as utensils and crockery (a gas stove can be booked separately), and they are beautifully decorated.
There are private bespoke built wooden bathrooms, containing two hot showers and two loos, each with underfloor heating, and there's an area with a mirror for hair driers.
They also boast their own picnic tables and there's a campfire next to each tent with a grill so you can cook up a proper BBQ feast.
