The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 4 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.
Please bring your own toiletries.
There must be a pre-card authorisation security deposit prior to your stay. There is no money directly taken out, it is reserved against your credit limit. No funds will be physically taken unless there are damages to the house or house rules are broken. Upon a positive inspection, the hold on funds will expire within up to 5 days of check-out.
