Important Booking Information

• Your vouchers will be valid for a two-hour spa session with full access to the facilities including the rooftop pool, Minerva bath, and the wellness suite
• The vouchers DO NOT mean you have a confirmed booking nor guaranteed entry if the Spa is at capacity
• To claim your two-hour session, we strongly recommend sending a member of your group to the Thermae Spa reception when it opens at 9:00 am on the day
• You will be issued with a wristband for the next available time slot (subject to availability)
• Please be aware that the Spa gets extremely busy and can reach capacity by mid-morning
• If the Spa is at capacity, Groupia will refund the cost of your vouchers if they are returned after your event
• Groups of more than six will be asked to split into smaller groups and will have different entrance times
• Thermae Bath Spa asks you to follow 'Spa Etiquette' with appropriate behaviour and respect the peace and privacy of other guests by not congregating in a group of more than six and maintaining reasonable levels of noise

If you are certain of your final numbers and are happy to pre-pay in full for your spa vouchers, it may be possible for you to reserve a time slot in advance.

In this case, we can post your vouchers out on receipt of payment and you can then call the spa direct to arrange an entry time, using your voucher codes.

Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee that you will be able to reserve a slot, but if for any reason it is not possible, you are welcome to return your unused vouchers to us by recorded delivery and Groupia will arrange for a full refund of this element of your package, in addition to the postage charge.

Mobile Phones & Cameras

Mobile phones nor cameras are permitted to be used in the Spa. Upon arrival, you will be asked to place your mobile phone inside a lockable pouch and place it inside your locker for the duration of your visit.

The Thermae Spa is great morning, noon, and night, but please read the Important Booking Information on this page before you book your vouchers.

What Do You Need To Bring To The Thermae Spa?

You need to bring swimwear, flip-flops or sliders, and possibly a spare change of clothes. Towels and robes will be provided to you on arrival.

Can I Drink Alcohol Before Going To The Thermae Spa?

No, you must not consume alcohol before heading to the spa.

Can You Go To The Thermae Spa If You're Pregnant?

Yes, you can go as long as you are under 32 weeks pregnant.
