We regret to advise you that Groupia Ltd ("the Company") (trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026 with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden, licensed insolvency practitioners from S&W Partners LLP, being appointed as Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators are exploring options for the Company, however the Company has now ceased taking new bookings and arrangements are in place with the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust ("ABTOT") to support customers with existing bookings.
If you have booked a trip with any Groupia Limited brand, please read the following carefully.
If your event is due to commence on or before 31 August 2026, ABTOT have arrangements in place and these events are expected to go ahead as planned. Please continue to use the Company’s existing VIP booking system in respect of these events.

We don't know about you, but when we hear 'Chocolate Workshop', we're already sold. If the bride-to-be is well on her way to becoming a full-on chocoholic, then this hen party Chocolate Workshop in Stratford is your golden ticket! Grab the girls and prepare for a truly indulgent afternoon…
Head to the Chocolate Shed (no, it isn't made out of chocolate, but there's plenty of it inside!) where your expert chocolatiers will greet you and give you a quick rundown of the session. Once you've gained a greater understanding of the art of chocolate making, it's time to get hands-on! Each hen will be guided through the process of making a smooth, luxurious milk chocolate ganache. And, if there's any left by the time you've finished, you'll learn how to decant it into the truffle chocolates (pre-made by the experts as time is of the essence).
The experts will then demonstrate a variety of finishing techniques, so you can get creative as you choose how you'd like to decorate your tasty truffles! If you don't gobble them all up in the session, then you can take them home in a raffia tied bag to open and enjoy later on with a glass of bubbly.
Whether they look like they could've been bought from Hotel Chocolat or if they've been handmade by a three-year-old child, you can guarantee that they'll taste bloomin' delicious. After all, it's chocolate we're talking about, so you can't go far wrong! This is a brilliantly fun, naughty but nice session is a great way for the girls to spend some quality time together and satisfy that sweet spot. As Soul Control put it: 'All the girls want candy, candy, all the boys get randy randy, everybody say a chocolate!' We couldn't have put it better ourselves!
