Once you've gained a greater understanding of the art of chocolate making, it's time to get hands-on! Each hen will be guided through the process of making a smooth, luxurious milk chocolate ganache. And, if there's any left by the time you've finished, you'll learn how to decant it into the truffle chocolates (pre-made by the experts as time is of the essence).

The experts will then demonstrate a variety of finishing techniques, so you can get creative as you choose how you'd like to decorate your tasty truffles! If you don't gobble them all up in the session, then you can take them home in a raffia tied bag to open and enjoy later on with a glass of bubbly.
