We regret to advise you that Groupia Ltd ("the Company") (trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026 with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden, licensed insolvency practitioners from S&W Partners LLP, being appointed as Joint Administrators.
The Joint Administrators are exploring options for the Company, however the Company has now ceased taking new bookings and arrangements are in place with the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust ("ABTOT") to support customers with existing bookings.
If you have booked a trip with any Groupia Limited brand, please read the following carefully.
If your event is due to commence on or before 31 August 2026, ABTOT have arrangements in place and these events are expected to go ahead as planned. Please continue to use the Company’s existing VIP booking system in respect of these events.

A fabulous pre-wedding activity; learn how to create a variety of moisturisers, toners, oils and scrubs to allow your natural beauty to shine through. The VIP Natural Beauty Class is a giggle-filled interactive activity which teaches you how to create a number of products which will emphasise and enhance your look, perfect for your fabulous London hen party.
On arrival, you'll be greeted with a glass of bubbly (the perfect start to any activity) to loosen everyone up before you begin your workshop. Over the next four hours, you and the girls will be taught all the tips and tricks of making your own products by professional beauticians whilst you get hands-on.
From the outset, you'll be given a quick lesson on all the essential oils and butters and their properties before you have a go at using them. You'll begin by making a wonderful aromatherapy travel candle which will give you the opportunity to blend a variety of fragrances to create your very own scent sensation. And whilst your candle is setting, you'll then go on to craft some luxurious moisturisers, body oils, scrubs and a facial toner that also works as a sleep mist.
Also, we couldn't have you spending four hours learning, making, chatting and giggling without putting on a bit of a spread, we'd be famished too! So, there'll also be a sharing platter of antipasti and bread for you to snack on. Delicious!
At the end of your fabulous workshop, you'll get to take all your creations away with you as a wonderful memento.
So come on, ladies, we know as well as anyone it can be all too easy to hide behind our makeup, but sometimes simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and it just takes a bit of bravery to ditch the foundation and flaunt our natural look. Try it yourselves, you won't regret it!
