You can take full advantage of the 'banya' (Russian steam room), bucket showers, plunge pool and private booths in the rest and relaxation room.

Parenie is a traditional and invigorating Russian thermal treatment using venik, a leafy and fragrant bundle of birch, oak or eucalyptus twigs. These can help boost blood circulation and relieve stress or tension. Having been massaged you are then invited to take a stimulating dip in the plunge pool, As soon as you hit the icy water your body releases stress and adrenalin hormones to leave you energized and relaxed at the same time.
Banya is similar to conventional saunas in that it requires high levels of steam which is created by water hitting cast iron heated to 700
