Administration notice Groupia Ltd - in Administration

We regret to advise you that Groupia Ltd ("the Company") (trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026 with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden, licensed insolvency practitioners from S&W Partners LLP, being appointed as Joint Administrators.

The Joint Administrators are exploring options for the Company, however the Company has now ceased taking new bookings and arrangements are in place with the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust ("ABTOT") to support customers with existing bookings.

If you have booked a trip with any Groupia Limited brand, please read the following carefully.

If your event is due to commence on or before 31 August 2026, ABTOT have arrangements in place and these events are expected to go ahead as planned. Please continue to use the Company’s existing VIP booking system in respect of these events.

If your event is due to commence on or after 1 September 2026, these events will unfortunately be cancelled and subject to a refund claim. Instructions on how to make a claim will be published on this page by 22 June 2026.

If vino is the bride-to-be's tipple of choice then our Harrogate wine tasting is perfect for your big weekend. After all the stressful wedding planning that's surely been consuming her life in recent weeks, she's going to love being spoiled with this relaxed session on how to appreciate wine in an elegant, refined way.

In this tasting in central Harrogate, you'll learn how to make the crucial distinction between different grapes and vintages, meaning that you'll walk away from the session being able to spot the house plonk from the most select years and finest of fine wines!

You'll also get a great idea of how to balance and blend wines with courses during meals or dinner parties. The session is bespoke to your group and will be tailored to the individual preferences and experiences of your party.

On arrival, you'll be given a delicious glass of champagne to kick things off until the wines start flowing along with the good times! In the 2 hours, you'll embark on an around-the-world journey as you taste at least six premium wines from all over the globe (from a choice of red, white or rose).
