Located just a three-minute walk from Newquay's independent shops, cosy cafés, popular bars, restaurants and the seafront, you'll be only a few steps from everything this vibrant surfing town has to offer.
The property consists of five individual apartments that you can fully rent out and have your entire hen group under one roof for a comfortable stay.
Next To The Beach!
You'll be situated just 200 metres from the beach, so you can head on down to relax in the sun or enjoy a swim to blast those hangovers into oblivion.
Please note that your exact apartment breakdown will be dependent on your final group size, but the property can accommodate up to 16 guests in total.
Each apartment includes a stylish lounge area with fabulous sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with tea/coffee facilities, an en-suite bathroom with shower, bed linen, towels, and all other essentials that will make your stay hassle-free.
The flats also include WiFi and flat-screen TVs in a comfortable lounge area with either a dining table or a breakfast bar.

The ground-floor apartment (flat 1) boasts three bedrooms sleeping a total of eight hens across a range of double, single and bunk beds, while the rest of the flats (2-5) are all spacious one-bedroom apartments with double beds (flat 2 also offers a private outdoor terrace).
There is no parking on-site but you can park for free on the nearby streets, provided spaces are available.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 1 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 42 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Payment Link.
