Perfectly positioned on a private estate, The Courtyard Hideaway is a beautifully converted former stable block turned social, stylish hen weekend haven. It combines privacy, space and atmosphere - ideal for groups who want to celebrate together without feeling on top of one another.

The layout is a standout feature. Eight individual ensuite bedrooms are arranged around a central courtyard, giving the property a boutique-style feel. Five rooms are split-level mezzanine spaces with sleeping upstairs and seating below, while three are convenient ground-floor doubles, perfect for mixed preferences within the group.
A Social Space Made for Hens
Follow the courtyard path and you'll reach the heart of the property: an impressive open-plan barn conversion designed entirely around socialising. A large dining table seats 20 guests with ease, while the sleek, modern kitchen - complete with an island and bar stools - naturally becomes the hub for morning coffees, fizz o'clock and everything in between. The lounge area is perfect for games, relaxed chats and laid-back evenings together.
Outdoor Living, Done Properly
Open the bi-fold doors and step onto the wraparound patio, where the private hot tub takes centre stage. With woodland and a gently flowing beck alongside the garden, it feels secluded and calm - a real contrast to the views stretching out towards Newcastle. There's plenty of lawn space for daytime fun, relaxed drinks or soaking up the fresh air.
