A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
The property is not suited to big parties or loud music. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22:00 - 07:00. Noise levels are monitored by a specialised system and guests will be asked to leave if they are disturbing others.
Please note that a refundable behavioural bond of £500 will be required via bank transfer 14 days prior to your arrival.
