This house is built for fun, starting with the open-plan kitchen and dining area. With seating for 10, it's the perfect place for hen do dinners, pre-drinks, and all the laughter. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, whether you're planning a special meal or a cheeky takeaway. And when the sun's out, the patio doors lead to a private garden and patio, ideal for morning mimosas or post-party drinks in the fresh air.
The spacious lounge is the perfect spot for chilling out with the hens, complete with a comfy corner sofa and flat-screen TV for your hen weekend movie marathons.
Comfortable Bedrooms
The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with two double beds - and there's also a modern shower room for your convenience. Head up to the top floor and you'll find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, giving everyone the privacy they deserve. One of the bedrooms has a King-Size zip & link bed that can split into two singles on request, perfect for groups who need flexibility.
Location and Parking
Parking is easy with one space on the driveway and room for two more in front of the property. If you need more space, there's plenty of free street parking nearby. Cheltenham's Regency District, Promenade, and Montpellier are just a 20-minute walk away, perfect for shopping, dining, and drinks. Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is also close by, so getting around is a breeze.

Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £400 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
