And when the sun's out, the patio doors lead to a private garden and patio, ideal for morning mimosas or post-party drinks in the fresh air.

The first floor has two double bedrooms, one with two double beds - and there's also a modern shower room for your convenience. One of the bedrooms has a King-Size zip & link bed that can split into two singles on request, perfect for groups who need flexibility.

Parking is easy with one space on the driveway and room for two more in front of the property. If you need more space, there's plenty of free street parking nearby. Cheltenham's Regency District, Promenade, and Montpellier are just a 20-minute walk away, perfect for shopping, dining, and drinks. Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is also close by, so getting around is a breeze.

Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £400 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
