The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering - fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven - and the small dining table is perfect for sharing platters and nibbles before heading out. Step outside to the private patio courtyard, where you can sip drinks and relax with your group before hitting the bars.

The first floor features three spacious bedrooms, each with super king zip-and-link beds that can be split into singles upon request. A modern four-piece bathroom with a separate shower cubicle makes getting ready a breeze for your group.
The top floor, converted from the attic, features two more stylish bedrooms. The first has twin super king beds, sleeping up to four guests, while the second offers a super king bed, plus a TV and dressing table area - perfect for pre-party primping.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £400 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
