The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Paid by credit or debit card?
Claim your refund directly from your card issuer. Download the relevant letter to support your claim:

Submit an online claim to Gallagher Bassett, who act for ABTOT. You will need your booking confirmation and proof of payment.

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 10:00
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 14 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £100 (refundable) per safari tent will be due 1 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Please bring your own torches as these are not provided.
