Nestled in a beautiful village just a 25-minute drive away from Bath, Lower Beech Tree Manor takes over the Beech Tree Estate's lower two floors as well as its garden areas.
To kick-start the party, you can whip up some tasty bites in the dreamy kitchen or fire up the BBQ and throw the bride the alfresco brunch they've always hoped for. Ideal!
Although the property is letting its second floor (Upper Beech Tree Manor) to guests too, the garden is divided so that you have your own private outdoor space and hot-tub.
The place boasts a cosy living room with tall ceilings and a TV where you can gather to play some fun party games and keep the good times rolling!

The four en-suite bedrooms are all king-size so they offer all the space you need to get ready for your exciting night out in Bath.
Whilst we recommend driving or getting a taxi to the city (the drive takes 25 minutes), taking the bus is also an option, so you can easily hit the clubs whenever you want to.

A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 28 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Lower Beech Tree Manor is part of a larger property, you'll be on the ground and first floors, so there may be another group above you, the garden has been divided so that you'll have your own private outdoor space. Please speak to our team if this is still a concern and they will be happy to recommend a more suitable property for your group.
