The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Claim your refund directly from your card issuer. Download the relevant letter to support your claim:

Submit an online claim to Gallagher Bassett, who act for ABTOT. You will need your booking confirmation and proof of payment.

These two beautiful cottages nestled less than a 20-minute drive away from Shrewsbury are ready and raring to offer groups an incredible weekend spent in the Shropshire countryside.
With plenty of alfresco and indoor seating, a private hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen and six lovely bedrooms, the only way you could miss out on an amazing stay, is by not staying here!

You'll have many options on how you want to spend the weekend at Castle Cottages - from checking out the local pubs to taking turns soaking in the hot tub, you'll be spoiled for choice.
The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you may need to mix those party-starting Mimosas (or whatever tipple you fancy) and whip up some tasty bites for the group.
You can then share those in the open-plan garden room which also leads to the cosy alfresco seating on the patio. Perfect!
The Ideal Cottage Duo!
When the night falls, you could fire up the firepit and enjoy a spot of bonding under the stars - you won't have any immediate neighbours so you can chill out there for as long as you want.
Alternatively, you could stay inside and organise a cosy movie night in the snug living room which comes with a smart TV, speedy WiFi, a wood-burning stove and a table football table.
You'll also have six stylish bedrooms equipped with a range of comfy beds which will give you all the comfort you need when you want a bit of downtime during the weekend.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 5 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 2 days prior to your event, payable by Card Pre Authorisation.
