The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Balance - The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £300 (refundable) will be due 3 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Please note that the tram runs close to the property, so if noises are a concern we advise you to bring earplugs for your convenience.
