Booking Terms
Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 25 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 56 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
Please Note
There is a 22:00 curfew for pool and sauna use.
The property is not suited to big parties or loud music. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22:00 - 07:00. Noise levels are monitored by a specialised system and guests will be asked to leave if they are disturbing others.
Please note that a refundable behavioural bond of £500 will be required via bank transfer 14 days prior to your arrival.
