Groupia Ltd ("the Company", trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026, with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP appointed as Joint Administrators. The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Because this is glamping and not camping, you'll have private bathroom facilities on-site as well as a large communal area, where you'll find all the cooking and BBQ utensils you'll need to take care of the group's cravings.
Each of the six four-metre bell tents can comfortably accommodate up to two hens on single camp beds, each with its own bedside table.
You'll also be able to enjoy access to a glamp-fire (complete with marshmallows for toasting!) and a large, heated yurt decorated with fairy lights, rugs, and lanterns, which is the perfect place for kickstarting the celebrations!

The site consists of 6x 4m luxurious bell tents, sleeping a min. of 10 & a max. of 12 people (2 guests per tent).

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 42 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 28 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.
There are no plug sockets in the tents. Plugs are available in the communal areas.
The site is adjacent to Glade-Fest Glamping (the two camps are separated only by a fence and tree line), so you may hear noise from the group in the other area and vice versa.
