The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit will be due 10 days after booking. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.
Balance - The remaining balance will be due 70 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.
A behavioural bond of £1000 (refundable) will be due 7 days prior to your event, payable by Payment Link.
A refundable behavioural bond of £1000 will be required 7 days prior to check-in, taken by way of a card pre-authorisation.
No excessive noise outside after 21:00 on weekdays and 22:00 on weekends.
