If the bride-to-be and her fellow hens are in need of a moment of zen after weeks of stressful wedding planning, then a spot of yoga could be just what the doctor ordered. Not only is it a great bit of relaxation it can also be a downright hilarious activity (we all have that one friend…)!
Don't fret if you don't know your downward-facing dog from your elbow, your friendly-instructor will adjust the class to suit your skill level. They'll turn up to your accommodation with all the kit and, after a quick introduction, you'll be taken through a few breathing and stretching exercises. Then, it's time to get your flexibility on as you attempt a variety of poses. "Omm… Omm…Omm-MG, that was brilliant!"
After you've stretched in ways you didn't even know you were capable of, you'll get a warm down with a Savasana (a corpse pose) where you get to have a nice lie-down! "What did we do on the hen weekend? Well, we did a spot of yoga and I absolutely nailed the Savasana position! Don't worry about googling it, it's just a really complex stretch!"

Mother-in-law being a pain in the neck… *exhale*, partner being frustratingly unhelpful… *exhale*, seating arrangements getting complicated… *exhale*.
