We work with 1000s of suppliers across the UK & Europe so prices, availability, photos and specifics on our hire your own pub activity may vary depending on your preferred location and dates.
Feel free to ask your Destination Specialist at the time of booking if you have any questions about this.
How could the bride not love having her own pub for the afternoon?!? You can practise all your best Eastenders lines "Get aaaahhht my paaarb!".
It's also super cute. It's actually one of Scotland's smallest pubs. Tiny but perfectly formed, the pub can hold up to twenty hens and while it has had a modern makeover it retains the historic charm you'd expect from a pub that dates back hundreds of years. It's so small even the drinks menu is on a postcard with a magnifying glass to read it. You'll also have your own barman, a lovely fireplace, high tables and perching stools, plus a dresser style bar. The best thing though is that it will be closed to the public during your three hour stay.
You can also add more touches to make it extra special.
Hen Buffet
Choose three items;
Gin Tasting
Scotland is one of the most inventive Countries in the world (TV, fridges, bicycles, toasters, chicken tikka masala), it was also a Scotsman who invented the Gin & Tonic (Scottish doctor George Cleghorn). Today the country has a booming gin industry and you'll get to sample two premium Scottish gins, one gin liquor and a refreshing G&T.
Cocktail Mixing
Enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival before each hen gets to make (and drink!) two fantastic, classic cocktails. Bottoms up!
