They are goofy. They are fluffy. They are silly. And most importantly, they get along with hens.
Head over on your Bristol hen do and get a lifelong supply of laughs by spending an hour feeding and petting a friendly herd of alpacas.
Afterwards, you can share a cuppa with the hens (that's you!) or make art with alpaca fibre (enquire about either or both activities and we will add them to your itinerary).
Getting Zen With Alpacas…
Dear soon-to-be bride, why splash out on pamper treatments, expensive spa procedures and wellness retreats, when you can lift all your pre-wedding stress with this simple exercise:
Look at an alpaca and try not to laugh.
It's impossible, we know.
Meet The Alpacas!
Located just 10 miles away from Bristol, this alpaca farm has finally opened its doors to hens, offering you one of the most hilarious visitor attractions (right next to meeting with capybaras, meerkats, penguins, okay, okay all animals are cute).
So head over and say hi to Derek (who is not your host), Eddie (not your host either) and Abigale (nope, wrong again), who are part of the friendly resident herd of alpacas.
You'll get to meet them up close, even pet and feed them from your hands while learning more about their valuable alpaca fibre from your host (not an alpaca, so doesn't have a name).
You can also get some hilarious pics to post on all socials (alpacas looove photobombing!).
Enjoy Afternoon Tea & Crafts!
If you get attached to an alpaca (to be expected) and aren't in a hurry to head back to Bristol, you can stay over for an afternoon tea or a craft workshop at the farm (paid additionally).
Just drop us a Bristol hen enquiry and ask your Bristol Specialists for more information.
They'll get back to you with a free quote that will answer all of your hen-related questions (unfortunately, we are GoHen, not GoAlpaca - if you want to learn more about alpacas then this experience is for you)!
