If the bride-to-be is in need of some R&R on her big weekend away, Forest Bathing in Brighton is the perfect activity for you. Promoting positive mental health, improving your mood, busting stress and getting back to nature, it's a sensational way to blow away the cobwebs and get back to your normal selves.
On the day, you'll meet your friendly instructor who will lead you through this immersive session. You'll then head off into the woodlands on a three-hour stroll where the stunning scenery will unfold around you. This subtle form of therapy can have huge calming effects and allows you to unwind and channel some inner zen - think yoga, but without all that tiresome stretching and awkward posing!
Perfect for all ages, it's not a strenuous race to cover as much ground as possible, rather you will take it slowly, taking in your surroundings as you go. You will also stop somewhere suitably stunning en route for a refreshing spot of herbal tea.
Hen parties are often 100mph events and wedding planning is about 500mph non-stop, so be sure to dial it back, even just for the afternoon, to recalibrate. Let's face it, it'll be impossible for the bride to fully enjoy the weekend if her mind is elsewhere fretting about centrepieces and caterers!
