Groupia Ltd ("the Company", trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026, with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP appointed as Joint Administrators. The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Claim your refund directly from your card issuer. Download the relevant letter to support your claim:
Use the debit card letter if you paid by credit card but the charge was under £100.

Submit an online claim to Gallagher Bassett, who act for ABTOT. You will need your booking confirmation and proof of payment.

It can be difficult heading to a new city, trying to find the best bars and clubs while not wasting any precious party time. With our guided bar crawls you'll get a local English speaking guide who knows all the latest and hottest bars as well as those that are having special nights. She'll also be able to introduce you to local drinking customs as well as the local drinks themselves, some of which can be a little bit lethal. You have been warned.
During the 3-hour bar crawl, you visit 3-4 bars, There are no set bars so the night can be totally tailored to suit your group.
