Calling all pasta lovers and cooking enthusiasts, it's time to get hands-on and learn how to make pasta from scratch as you and your fellow hens enjoy this relaxed, fun and interactive pasta making masterclass.
On the day, the flamboyant and friendly pasta making pro will come to your accommodation where you'll learn how to whip up a feast. You'll kick things off with a quick snack plus a glass of wine (now that's how you start a cooking class!!) before they give you a run-through of the different types of pasta and you get cracking.
You'll learn how to create various types of fresh pasta, both flat and filled, plus you'll learn how to cook it to perfection and know exactly what sauces complement them beautifully. The session will finish with a quick Q&A session, and you'll get some recipes for you to take home and cook.
Yes, it's time to say arrivederci to bland dinners and ciao to some sensational pasta dishes which you can use to wow friends and family in the future.
