Buses? Buses are for tourists. You're explorers, go-getters, hens on a happy mission, you're gonna travel by bike!
Lisbon is a fantastic city, based on seven hills (don't worry, the city tours are strategically planned to ensure you're only ever travelling flat or going downhill "Wheeeeeeee!") and packed full of amazing sights. Or if you want you can completely escape the city and head out to explore a forest, ride up a mountain and stop off for lunch at a beach.
We have a choice of three fabulous tours to choose from.
Lisbon City Tour (half day)
See some of the city's most famous sights including
- Marques de Pombal square
- Avenida da Liberdade
- Restauradores Square
- Largo de Sao Domingos
- Rossio square
- Palacio de Belem
- And more...
During the tour you'll also stop for a traditional Portuguese pastry and a shot of ginjinha (made from ginja berries and Morello cherries).
Transport is not included to and from the separate start and end points however both are easy to reach via the Metro underground trains.
Petiscos Wine Bike Tour (half day)
See some of the city's most famous sights including
- Marques de Pombal square
- Avenida da Liberdade
- Restauradores Square
- Largo de Sao Domingos
- Rossio square
- Palacio de Belem
- And more...
You'll also stop at Sao Jorge Castle to where you'll sample two local wines, local cheese and Iberian pork sausage. Plus you'll try a traditional Portuguese pastry.

Sintra Mountain Bike (full day)
- You'll be picked up from your hotel
- And taken to the Sintra Cascais Natural Park Tour
- Stop off at Sintra village for a stroll and some local pastries
- Reach the tour starting point and saddle up
- Head down the mountain, with stunning views and flora and fauna
- Stop at Guincho beach for lunch
- Then enjoy a wine tasting session
- Before taking the coastal route back to Lisbon
Return transport to and from your hotel is included.
