Yes, international hen celebrations are back and booming with five of the Top 10 most popular destinations for 2023 set to be from Europe.
2022 – In 2022, we were still in the shadow of the pandemic, and although international travel came back, many hens opted for a UK celebration instead.
2023 – This year, we’ve seen a big rise in international hen enquiries, most of which coming in for Spain and Portugal, so it seems hens are in search of some much-needed sun!
In terms of UK celebrations, Bath still reigns supreme, whilst Marbella is expected to be the most popular European destination.
Bath – Yes, Bath once again looks set to be the most popular UK destination for hens and it’s easy to see why. It’s stylish, it’s refined and it’s packed full of amazing activities, houses, nights out and possibly the best spa in the country! What’s not to love?!

And whilst it could be partly due to an increase in costs since 2013, many people post-pandemic were looking to go big after two years of not really being able to do much.
