The floor-to-ceiling windows in all of these rooms offer breathtaking views of the city skyline and harbourside. • burlesque dancing - when you think of Burlesque you think classic French, sultry, sexy, risqué, stage show-womanship. It's a celebration of female allure and it's great fun, you and the girls will become vamps with a range of teasing and artistic moves, so remember to take your cameras! It's big in the UK now and it's getting bigger. You might have even heard of the 'queen of burlesque', Dita Von Teese and you'll certainly remember Pink and the girls in Lady Marmalade, see a reminder here. As a hen weekend activity a Burlesque session is extremely memorable for all the right reasons, it's rare and perfect for a special occasion, the troupe will love it!

• cocktail masterclass - know your Mojito from your Manhattans! After your frozen strawberry daiquiri reception, you and the girls will be taught the basic rules of balance and ratio, as well as texture and layering of flavours, to make the perfect cocktail. Then a cool competition takes place where you and your friends create your own hen weekend cocktail and take to the spotlight to show off your new skills... of course you'll also get to sample the fruits of your labour! This lively session lasts around 1.5 hours and a light buffet is included.

• 2 course dinner - enjoy a 2 course Italian meal with the girls at this lively central venue; a fantastic opportunity to raise a toast and catch up with the ladies over some good food and a few glasses of wine. Your 2 course Italian meal has been pre-paid, so all you need to bring is a healthy appetite and some money for drinks!
