Star Bars

Bars in Torquay

Soho's - As one of Torquay's most hen-friendly bars, Soho's is the perfect place to get any night out started with its glitzy décor and delicious cocktails. It's very easy to get up on that dance floor after a Daiquiri or two!
Where? 1 Palk Street, TQ2 5EL

Mambo - Cocktail-loving hens are sure to love this trendy, polished bar that provides great food alongside its tasty tipples. Get 'a little bit of monica' in your life with an ice cold Mambo. No 5.
Where? 7, The Strand, TQ1 2AA

The Offshore Bar - This bar and restaurant is a little quieter, but that's not a bad thing. If you're looking for the perfect place to catch up with the girls then this bijou spot will suit you to the ground. Make sure you take a selfie with the stunning view of the harbour behind you!

Food in Torquay

Best Bites

Meat 59 - We aren't sure what's significant about the no. 59, but what is significant is that this gourmet diner has the second best burger in the entirety of the UK. You can take your meaty masterpiece out to the marina for outdoor eats, but the restaurant is so beautifully chic you'll want to stay and take in every pretty detail.
Where? 59 Abbey Road, TQ2 5NQ

Baby Buddha Tea House - When you're this close to the seaside you simply have to treat yourselves to a fish and chip supper on an evening. Drakes is the local favourite, providing delicious battered cod and so, so much more.
Where? 64 Baddacombe Road. TQ1 3SW

Sights & Sounds

Sights and Sounds in TorquayWe've all heard of the white cliffs of Dover, but have you heard of the red cliffs of Babbacombe bay? A walk along this bijou beach is a great way to clear any sore heads and if you make that extra effort to walk to the cliff top, there are some stunning bay views to be seen!

Torquay's budding young professionals all like to party at Venue. This huge club is absolutely fabulous and you'll more often than not find yourselves on the dance floor until the early hours of the morning - don't forget your party feet!

Failing that, then you can always stay at Mambo's! We can't praise this place highly enough, and after a few No. 5's a late night boogie is always on the cards.
