From rejuvenating facials to the manicures & pedicures we all love but never seem to have the time to fit in, to the kind of heavenly neck & back massages that have you blissfully drifting off in minutes (we're all guilty!) there are plenty of Benidorm hen activities just perfect for indulging in a little TLC.

But there's something to be said for zipping around the track at up to 90kph for an afternoon on the go-karts! It's fantastic fun, a great way to inject some feisty spirit into your weekend and we can't think of a better excuse to crack open the bubbly when you've finished (as if you need encouragement).
• Theme park / Water park log flumes, rapids, rollercoasters, vertical drops, 180m slides into total darkness... and if that all sounds like too much hard work, grab your rubber ring, lie back, relax and let the lazy river do the hard work for you.
