Sushi Making Class in Brighton

If the bride-to-be and her fellow hens love sushi as much as we do (which is a lot!), then this fabulous interactive workshop will go down an absolute treat. The Brighton hen party Sushi Making session gets the girls hands-on and involved as you learn all the techniques and tricks of this divine art, under the tutelage of a professional cook.

On arrival at this specialist cookery school, you'll be shown how to build and roll your own Californian rolls from scratch. For sushi newbies, these are your classic looking sushi rolls filled with rice, cucumber, crab meat and avocado. De-licious!

For the more skilled amongst you, you'll also get you to try your hand at an inside out sushi roll which is a little more complex and a little fiddlier, but ever so delicious if you master it.

Your session will take place in a kitchen exclusively for you which gives you all elbow room to spread out and get rolling. You'll get approximately an hour and a half as you learn, make, laugh and taste your way through this fabulous masterclass.

Don't fret about trying to memorise the process and the recipes, you'll each receive an email with it all in so you can go home and dazzle your friends and family.
