Once you discover the baker behind the boutique Designer Cake Company is a former ballerina, it becomes clear why her cakes radiate such grace, elegance and beauty. Thankfully for us cake enthusiasts (What? That’s a real thing, OK!), she swapped the leotard for an apron and turned her remarkable talents to wedding cake design, and she hasn’t looked back since!

Writing about Chocomoo Cakes is bittersweet. Sweet in the sense that Cheryl’s cakes are magnificent and the world needs to know. Bitter in the sense that it makes us desperately crave more of her mouthwatering, delectable, moist creations. Alas, we’ll just have to hope someone we know gets married soon so we can once again taste her special bakes! They’re truly remarkable.

The levels of imagination these guys are operating on are incomprehensible. Some of their bespoke wedding cakes are mind-boggling, we can’t work out how they do it. They say anything is possible, and we honestly think they are capable of anything! We wouldn’t put it past them to be able to make a levitating cake because they surely are a little bit magic!
