This is mixology at its finest and the guys at Lab 22 are at the top of the game. We take our cocktails very, very seriously and we’re glad to see that someone else does too. The Dead Canary – Cardiff
Deaths and Entrances at the Dead Canary – the award-winning cocktail joint – is a superb example of what a cocktail bar should endeavour to be like. Classy, elegant, chic, with a sprinkling of quirkiness, we absolutely adore it. Plus (and it’s a big plus), their cocktail making is on fire. They’re so good we’re certain a drop of one of their delicious drinks would bring the canary back to life.

Kon Tiki is a little bit different and a little bit cheeky. Say goodbye to tradition and aloha to a fantastic night where tropical is king. The beats, the beverages and the bouncing atmosphere make this a great place to start, continue and finish the party. A hidden gem that we’ll bang the drum of because we wanna spread the love.
