If you have been trying to reach us, or you spotted the headlines and wondered what it meant for the hen do, here is the short and happy version. GoHen is here to stay, in safe hands, and the team who take the hassle off your plate are back at their desks.
Nothing changes for you
Same friendly team, same stress-free planning, same way of splitting the cost so nobody is chasing anybody for money. You pick it, we sort it, you take the credit, exactly as before. We have been giving brides a proper send-off since 2002, and that is not going anywhere.
Booked a hen do before the change of ownership?
What happens depends on when your event takes place. If it departs on or before 31 August 2026, nothing changes, your event goes ahead as booked, with ABTOT’s arrangements in place. If it departs from 1 September 2026, it will be cancelled and is subject to a refund claim. Full details and the claim routes are on our booking information page.
Who is behind GoHen now
GoHen was one of the Groupia brands, and Groupia is now part of Funktion Leisure, the company behind Funktion Events. Funktion Leisure is an established UK events company that has been planning group celebrations since 2007 and is ABTA-bonded.
