Eco Friendly Wedding Cakes
“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.” – Edward Everett Hale
Queen Bee Cakes
Lovingly made with locally sourced ingredients such as organic flowers and fruits, the team at Queen Bee pride themselves on using fresh, local, Fairtrade ingredients wherever possible. They even use their own honey, grown in their own hives along with their edible flowers. They really do bring the taste of Devon to the wedding table.
The Hazlebury Kitchen
Hazlebury founder Poppy Sayers is an eco-baker who doesn’t just love cakes, she’s made a series of promises to the planet to ensure she uses only recyclable materials. She sources her ingredients from the UK (wherever possible), uses only British butter and homegrown eggs, strives for zero landfill waste and uses 100% natural cleaning products. We salute her!
A luxury cake designer, Meadowsweet create bespoke cakes without using products such as palm oil and instead look to locally sourced ingredients such as their eggs. The end results are quite fabulous! Rich, indulgent, creamy – everything a wedding cake should be, but with all the right green credentials.
