With your flights sorted we'll do the rest, coordinating every requirement thereafter.

once you’ve booked your flights
When booked just let us have the flight details (carrier name, flight number, arrival and departure times) and we’ll take care of the rest of the requirements, from airport transfers and accommodation to activities and entertainment.

get airport transfers sorted in advance!
Here's a tip - make sure you get airport transfers sorted in advance, e.g. to and from your hotel. With the itinerary and transport briefed it will save you valuable time and hassle at the other end.

activity transfers
Activity programmes will automatically include transfers (unless otherwise selected), so your itinerary will be coordinated to ensure you receive the highest levels of service.

insurance
As it's an international hen weekend you need decent preparation. Make sure you have adequate insurance and get yourselves a European Health Card, see here for tips on international travel.

passports & visas
Don’t forget your passport and make sure it’s valid/up-to-date and anyone not on a British passport checks their visa requirements before they commence the hen weekend.
