I need to thank you so much for organising such a fantastic weekend in Bath. As you know I was a little apprehensive at the start of this organising (back in April) but over time and after your recommendations I was soon confident that what you had organised was spot on. Here's the feedback which I promised 
you...
The hotel - Fantastic! A first impression as driving up the sweeping drive is that this was one classy place to stay which is exactly what I requested. The reception staff were very polite, welcoming and helpful. The room, facilities and surroundings were brilliant. The breakfast was outstanding and very welcomed after our night out. It was near enough to the town to walk.
Thermae spa - This was an excellent place to have chosen and being the weather was very sunny and hot all weekend, a welcome treat. It was great having the pre booked session as the queue was out into the street so it was good being able walk right past them and the staff there were very good. Everyone loved every second of it - 2 hours is just the right amount of time too.
The club - The music ranged all through the evening which was ace. The evening was a real laugh and everyone really enjoyed the club.

As for the activities that we did - they were brilliantly organised and everything went really well. Booking through yourselves took some of the pressure away and I would definitely recommend you to friends and family and hopefully use you again for weekends away.
