• pole dancing lessons - In the pole dancing session, you'll be taught tantalising moves and grooves and educated in the etiquette of seduction. By the end of the session you'll feel confident enough to take the moves home, impress your partner and perhaps even spice up your bedroom! At the end of the session, participants will perform their routines on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt! Although we provide a selection of music, please feel free to bring any CD's along with you. The classes are taught in a fun, friendly environment where you're free to let go of inhibitions and celebrate your femininity! Sessions last for 2 hours and our venues are conveniently located in the city centre so you and the girls can even combine it with a spot of shopping!
