After your Champagne reception, you and the girls will be taught the basic rules, balance & ratio, as well as texture and layering of flavours to make a perfect cocktail. Then a cool competition takes place where you and friends create your own cocktail and get in the spotlight to show off your new skills and of course you'll get to sample the fruits of your labour!
